The success of the PEARLS Program is based upon an interaction between several key roles in an organization, whether these roles are the responsibility of one individual or several. Depending on the way each organization is structured, these roles may be the responsibility of one person or may be divided among several people. In either case, it is important that everyone involved in the PEARLS Program work closely together.

Case managers who are not conducting PEARLS sessions are also instrumental to the success of the PEARLS Program, as they can play a key role in the recruitment process, referring their clients as potential participants.
