During PEARLS Training participants will review in detail strategies and steps for carrying out recruitment and screening processes and adapting them to the infrastructure of their organization.
Recruitment involves identifying and referring potential clients to the PEARLS Program. Screening involves ensuring that potential clients are eligible for participation in the PEARLS Program and determining if PEARLS is a “good fit” for the client. These processes are key to building a client population that meets the criteria indicated by the PEARLS evidence base. The recruitment and screening processes will vary by location, depending on staffing and other organizational variables.
